New School High in Plymouth is one of only 60 teacher-led schools in the United States. It will offer diverse instructional methods developed from the latest research, as well as project-based learning, giving every student an opportunity to learn at their own pace. New School High is opening this fall 2015 offering grades nine and 10 and will continue to expand to a full high school. Our mission includes a focus on academic excellence, creativity and the development of compassionate, responsible human beings. New School High is a free, public school academy authorized by Central Michigan University.
