Amanda received her bachelor’s degree from Eastern Michigan University, and she joined our Livonia agency as a Licensed Sales Professional in 2003. In 2010, Amanda became our Office Manager, which allows her to assist customers with their coverage decisions.

Susan Atienza is a Licensed Sales Producer with over 13 years of experience serving clients in Livonia, Michigan and surrounding Wayne County communities. Originally from Maple Heights, Ohio, she has lived in Michigan since 1997 and has been an active member of the Livonia community for more than 26 years.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business & Organizational Communications from the University of Akron and is licensed by the Michigan Department of Insurance and Financial Services (DIFS). Susan specializes in auto insurance, helping individuals and families secure proper coverage while identifying opportunities to maximize savings.
Known for her clear, educational approach, Susan helps clients understand their policies and make confident coverage decisions. She has worked with the Cheryl Bowker Allstate Agency in Livonia for the past 13 years, building long-term relationships as a trusted local insurance resource.
Outside of work, Susan enjoys biking, golfing, and spending time on the water during warmer months, cheering on football season in the fall, and supporting her wrestling family. She is also actively involved in community outreach and local giving initiatives.

Since 2007, he has built a career in the insurance industry, starting as a sales associate and progressing to a managerial role in 2014. Jason takes pride in helping customers, particularly during challenging times, ensuring they feel supported and cared for.
Outside of work, Jason is an avid Detroit Lions fan who can talk football for hours. He also enjoys binge-watching TV shows and spending quality time with family, friends, and his dog, Buster.
